Max asks Amanda, "Has it always been this insane here?" With narrowed eyes, Amanda responds, "As far as I know, yes."

Max asks, "Carl?" Amanda says, "Bushy beard. Wild eyes. Always Nervous." Max replies, "Ah, yes. We've met."

From off panel Amanda says, "He's been here so long it broke his brain." Close-up of Max sipping his coffee, rolling his eyes, and muttering into the cup, "Doesn't bode well for the rest of us..."

Amanda starts walking away and says, "Anyway, got to get to work. You should, too." Max responds, "Uh, right."

After Amanda is gone, Max looks to the side angrily and mutters, "Except I have no cubicle. Or computer. Or any idea of what I'm supposed to do." In the background, the ninja in black peeks up over the side of a cubicle, looking in the direction that Harold had walked away.
